Welcome to Asheville Print Studio + Gallery! We are an eco-friendly printmaking community located in the River Arts District of Western North Carolina.
FLOOD UPDATE ~
It is with the saddest of news that I write you. The entire River Arts District is a complete disaster zone. I really couldn’t believe my eyes. Buildings that were once there are no longer. Our beloved studio and gallery is a total and complete loss. There is a foot or more of mud at least. The contents swam around like fish in a bowl for at least 72 hours. Everything is encased in mud… My heart is aching and I am shaking as I write this.
The landlady has already organized clean up crews to shovel mud and debris but there is much that needs to be recovered and cleaned. Clean up efforts start tomorrow. It will take days and days. There is no electricity so we can only work for a while. It’s going to be a Herculean task…

The destruction is immense.
A foot of toxic sludge covers everything.
The flood water went to the top of the ceiling and beyond.
Everything was tossed around, twisted and mangled by the force of the raging water.
The presses were still standing.
The checkout table is wedged in the ceiling!
Evacuating the presses before the mold and rust set in. THANK YOU to all the incredible people who turned out to give APS+G a hand!!! I love this community!!!!!!

Due to APS+G studio damage, from The River Arts District historic flood, our Classes & Workshops are cancelled thru the end of November.
Refunds for Classes & Workshops you have paid for will be on the way as soon as the administrative work can be done.
